Full Job Description
Administration (80%)
*Attends to customer queries and receives orders
*Checks customer prescription and endorses to Pharmacist for validation
*Ensures that medicines dispensed are accurately served
*Ensures that customer gives the right payment and given the right change
*Responsible for medicine replenishment for each gondola assigned
*Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of assigned gondolas
*Ensures that all bad stocks are pulled out (damaged, expiring/expired) in her assigned gondola
*Helps in minimizing pilfered items by reporting suspicious behavior not within the norms to authorities.

Communication and Coordination (20%)
*Handles customer queries and minor complaints and elevates major issues to Store Head/ Management Trainee
*Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate head or the Management from time to time

Qualifications:
- Preferably a College graduate of any course
- Graduate of Pharmacy is an advantage but NOT required
- Senior High school graduates are welcome to apply
- Good personality skill
- Must have a customer service skill

*With at least 3 years of experience related to different facets of Marketing (brand, channel, digital, trade, etc.)
*Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal
*Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
*Has a valid driver's license
*Can speak Tagalog, English, and Bisaya or Ilonggo
*Willing to be assigned and travel within Visayas & Mindanao
