Liceo ROTC Officers Alumni Association The Association strives to uphold exemplary values, provide support to its members, and unify all related clubs and groups under the Liceo ROTC banner.

The Liceo ROTC Officers Alumni Association, a non-profit socio-civic fraternal organization composed entirely of former ROTC officers from Liceo de Cagayan University. Our mission is to cultivate a strong sense of brotherhood and sisterhood through humanitarian service to the community and its members. Membership shall include all previous ROTC Officers of Liceo de Cagayan University both Advance

and Basic graduates. This Officers are presumed to have undergone the Officers Candidate Course (OCC) as a pre-requisite of becoming ROTC Officers. The present ROTC Officers will automatically become members of LICEO ROTC OFFICERS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION upon completion of their course/training. Members should adhere to the following values and qualities which are part of the daily lives of an Association member:

CHARACTER (honor, loyalty, and integrity)
SERVICE (community, Association, and fraternity)
READINESS (meetings, assembly, and projects)
DEVOTION (patience, humility, and dedication)
BOND (brotherhood/sisterhood and group unity)
