Last Rotary Year, the Rotaract Club of Kalayaan CDO brought Project Inside Out to more than a thousand junior high school students here in Cagayan de Oro. It became one of our most meaningful and memorable initiatives; a reminder that ๐จ๐ง๐ž ๐ก๐จ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐œ๐š๐ง ๐ฆ๐š๐ค๐ž ๐š ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐ข๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž.

More than a mental health awareness campaign, this initiative seeks to encourage meaningful conversations about emotional well-being, promote greater understanding of mental health, and create safe spaces where young people feel heard, supported, and empowered to seek help when they need it - with courage and without fear of judgment.
