One of her proudest moments this year is being respected as a person with disability and being recognized through her involvement in the organization.

She finds daily motivation in working hard to provide for her family and build a better future for them. One of her proudest achievements last year was finally securing a stall in Cogon with her own roll-up store, a dream she worked for over ten years.

Ada dreams of reaching a higher level in Avon and becoming an Executive Leader, while also encouraging other women with disabilities to join her Avon negosyo, a business opportunity that requires no capital but dedication and perseverance. ๐ŸŒˆโœจ

She shares that her daily inspiration is her family, especially her husband, who is also a person with disability, and their child, who give her the motivation to keep going.

One of her proudest moments this year is being able to join activities for persons with disabilities, allowing her to connect and be part of the community.

Glorina believes that organizations can better support women with disabilities by providing accessible meetings, trainings, and opportunities for active participation. ๐ŸŒˆโœจ

One of her proudest achievements is graduating Magna Cum Laude from Xavier University โ€“ Ateneo de Cagayan, proving that disability is never a barrier to reaching oneโ€™s goals. She now serves in government while continuing to advocate for persons with disabilities and a more inclusive community.

She begins each day by thanking God for the gift of life and embracing every challenge as a productive woman with disability.

Her victory is overcoming the trials of 2025 with strong faith, achieving business goals, and celebrating blessings with her family as she welcomes 2026 with hope.

Cindy dreams of more projects for their business, good health for her family, and stronger, sincere leaders for DAWN and the PWD sector. She believes empowerment starts with trainings, inclusion, and active participation of PWDs in every organization. ๐ŸŒˆโœจ

Every week, we celebrate the strength and resilience of women with disabilities who continue to inspire their communities. โœจ

This week, meet ๐Œ๐š. ๐‰๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐š ๐Œ๐š๐ฒ ๐ˆ๐ ๐œ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐จ๐ฌ (HOH) ๐Ÿ’– โ€” an advocate empowered by family support and her passion to serve the PWD sector.

โ€œDespite my disability, I know I can still make a meaningful impact.โ€ โค๏ธ

Serving in the LGU on PWD-related tasks and continuing her 4-year journey as a Social Media Manager VA, Jessa May proves that commitment and purpose create lasting change.
She believes inclusive programs, livelihood training, mentorship, and mental wellness support help women with disabilities grow in confidence and voice. ๐ŸŒˆโœจ
