The PHINMA COC Debate Empire officially opens its Candidacy registration for the 2026 Elections!

Are you 16 and above? Do you have Good to moderate English skills, a pleasing personality, and a desire to lead an empire?

If so, this opportunity maybe for you. Run now and Claim your place in the empire.

Last December 18, 2025, the PHINMA–COC Senior High School grounds became a battlefield of ideas. No matter how intense the heat was, our debaters stood their ground—delivering arguments with precision, wit, and fearless conviction, proving that passion for debate burns brighter than the sun itself. Before the competition even began, PHINMA COC Debate Empire (COCDE) set the tone with a powerful exhibition debate—one that captured attention, ignited curiosity, and reminded everyone why argumentation is both an art and a discipline.

As this unforgettable event comes to a close, we extend our deepest gratitude to the COCDE team, especially our dedicated officers, our ever-supportive Adviser, Ms. Jacky, and our inspiring Coach, Miss Ex, whose unwavering guidance and belief made this event possible. We also proudly acknowledge our collaborators, ESBO, and the sub-organizations who stood with us—Math Wizards, ECE, ETG, English League, and Filipino Circle. This competition was a collective triumph, and without each of you, this milestone would not have been achieved.

In every downpour, there is a community ready to rise—and this week, we witnessed just how powerful unity can be. PHINMA COC Debate Empire, together with our incredible partner organizations, extends our deepest gratitude for making Operation U.L.A.N. a meaningful success.

To the organizations who stood with us hand in hand— Red Cross Youth COC Chapter, CRIM SBO, ESBO, CONEXT, Oro Collegian, CSAP, CAHSBO, CESBO, CSG, HTM SBO, Puerto SBO, PHINMA Scholars, Chess Club, and CITE— your dedication turned a simple initiative into a strong wave of compassion. This donation drive would not have flourished without your shared commitment. Each box, each coin, each act of service is a testament to what happens when student leaders choose unity over distance, action over silence, and empathy over convenience.

🌧️ OPERATION U.L.A.N.: Unified Leaders in Action to Nurture 🌧️
Together, let’s turn compassion into action. 💙

Last October 28, a devastating fire struck Barangay Carmen—leaving many families, including our very own PHINMA-COC students, with little to hold on to. But in times of loss, hope can still pour like rain. Operation U.L.A.N. is a collaborative donation drive led by the Student Body Organizations (SBOs) and Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) of PHINMA-COC, together with the Red Cross Youth PHINMA-COC Chapter — a united front of student leaders driven by empathy, service, and solidarity.
