𝘼. 𝙂𝙀𝙉𝙀𝙍𝘼𝙇 𝙌𝙐𝘼𝙇𝙄𝙁𝙄𝘾𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎
• Applicant must be a Filipino citizen;
• Applicant is a permanent resident of Cagayan de Oro City;
• Applicant must be pursuing an undergraduate degree on a full-time basis;
• Applicant must be a graduate of Senior High School;
• Applicant must be an incoming first year college student by start of S.Y. 2025-2026;
• Applicant must NOT have been enrolled in College;
• Applicant must NOT have an exceeded gross total family income to Php 300,000 annually;
• Applicant must NOT have a sibling or family member that is currently a City Scholar.

• Agriculture (Agribusiness, Biosystems Engineering, Crop Science)
• Business and Tourism
• Education (Major in TLE, Filipino, and Special Education)

• Information and Communication Technologies (Data Science, Computer Science, and IT)
• Medical-related Courses (Nursing; subject for evaluation of the Scholarships Committee)

𝘽. 𝙎𝘾𝙃𝙊𝙇𝘼𝙍𝙎𝙃𝙄𝙋 𝙏𝙔𝙋𝙀𝙎
𝟭. 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 – Accepted applicants may choose any partner school of choice, and any course including board and medical-related courses (e.g., Nursing, Med Tech, Pharmacy etc.) depending on the actual ranking of the applicant.
𝟮. 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 – Accepted applicants may only choose any non-board and non-medical-related course in a school approved by the City Scholarships Committee.

• COMELEC Registration of the applicant or their parents

- Barangay Certification indicating the source of income of both parents and total family income;
- Or BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption for unemployed parents
