✅ Who can apply?
• Grade 12 students graduating in SY 2026–2027 who belong to the STEM strand or are among the top 5% of their non-STEM graduating class.
• Previous Grade 12 graduates who have not yet enrolled in college and meet the same STEM/non-STEM requirements.

As the DOST-SEI Scholars’ Leadership Camp (SLC) 2026 unfolds from July 22–26 in the beautiful island of Camiguin, the Xavier Ateneo DOST Scholars’ Organization (XADSO) proudly sends off its 14 scholar-delegates to embark on a journey of leadership, collaboration, and service.

Over the next four days, our delegates will join fellow DOST-SEI scholars from across Northern Mindanao in meaningful discussions, leadership-building activities, and shared experiences rooted in the DOST-SEI Patriotic Core Values of Professional Excellence, Social Responsibility, and Servant Leadership.

More than a camp, SLC is an opportunity to forge lifelong friendships, exchange ideas, and strengthen the commitment to becoming leaders who create positive change through science and service.

| The submission deadline for the supplementary documentary requirements of 2026 JLSS examinees is extended until 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

Upload the following requirements via the E-Scholarship Application System (https://jlss.science-scholarships.ph/):

1️⃣ Certification as a REGULAR Third Year student or signed Application Form E-1 in the First Semester/Term of AY 2026-2027;

2️⃣ Certified True Copy of Grades for the Second Semester of AY 2025 – 2026 (or the Second and Third Trimester / Third & Fourth Term) and 2026 Midyear Term, if enrolled; and

3️⃣ Other lacking documentary requirement(s), as indicated in your Test Permit during the 2026 JLSS Examination and in the E-Scholarship Application System.
