This weekโ€™s special episode of Kwentong May Buhay features a continuation of the lesson about the Great Commission: to go and make disciples. Letโ€™s stay tuned as we learn from one of the National 12 leaders in the Philippines, Ptr. Eyan Galvez of Ekklesia Cagayan de Oro.

When we neglect prayer, we lose our reverence. When we stop making time for God, the fire slowly fadesโ€”and we begin looking for other things to fill us.

The altar requires effort. The altar requires sacrifice.

Ayaw basta-bastaha imong time with God. Never neglect your prayer. Balik sa altar. Make time for His presence again.

Only those who remain at the altar can carry the fire of God.

The more we grow, the more prayerful and dependent on the Lord we should become. Never exchange your God-given values for temporary pleasures, and never neglect the very thing that keeps you connected to Him.

โ€œPray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion.โ€ โ€” Ephesians 6:18 (NLT)
