REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE IBP NATIONAL GAMES!

The IBP National Games officially opens its online registration portal for Chapters and Regions nationwide.

⚠️Who may register?

Registration may only be made by the duly designated:

✅Chapter Delegation Heads
✅Regional Delegation Heads

Individual players cannot register directly through the portal.

Lawyers who wish to participate should coordinate with their respective IBP Chapter, which will organize and submit the official roster of participants. Regional teams shall likewise be coordinated through their respective Regional Delegation Heads.

⚠️Before Registration

Individual players should have the following ready:

✅IBP Roll Number, which is required for inclusion in the official roster.

⚠️Registration Process

1. Assignment
The official Chapter or Regional Delegation Head is designated.

2. Roster Preparation
The Delegation Head prepares the official roster by entering each participant’s IBP Roll Number and selecting the corresponding sport(s). Rosters may be saved as drafts before submission.

3. Participant Confirmation
After the roster has been submitted, each registered participant must log in to their own MyIBP account to review and accept the Terms and Conditions, including any required participation or representation consents. This step is mandatory before registration may proceed.

4. Administrative Validation
The system validates participant eligibility, representation rules, required consents, and any applicable overflow entries.

5. Online Payment
Upon completion of the validation process, the Delegation Head shall complete payment through the MyIBP Events portal using the integrated Paynamics payment gateway.

The IBP Tambag Legal Caravan (TLC) is the flagship community outreach program of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Misamis Oriental Chapter, dedicated to bringing free legal assistance and essential government services directly to the people of Misamis Oriental. Through the combined efforts of the Chapter, its volunteer lawyers, and partner government agencies, residents were able to avail themselves of free legal consultations, document preparation and notarization, as well as frontline services from the Social Security System (SSS), Pag-IBIG Fund, PhilHealth, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), and the Local Civil Registrar of Claveria.

The Claveria leg of the TLC, which was held on the occasion of the 76th Araw ng Claveria, also marked another milestone in the implementation of the IBP Mis Or Barangay Legal First-Aiders (BLF) Program, producing its second batch of trained barangay representatives through the orientation of delegates from all 24 barangays of the municipality. The initiative is designed to strengthen grassroots access to justice by empowering local officials and representatives with practical legal knowledge while building a province-wide network of Barangay Legal First-Aiders who will serve as the Chapter’s partners in addressing community legal concerns. It is the Chapter’s continuing commitment to bring this program to every municipality and barangay across Misamis Oriental and Cagayan de Oro City.

The Chapter conveys its heartfelt appreciation to our volunteer lawyers and our partner agencies for their steadfast support in advancing the shared objective of making justice and vital public services more accessible to every community. The Social Security System, Pag-IBIG Fund, PhilHealth, and the Department of Agrarian Reform Region X and Misamis Oriental continue to play an invaluable role in the success of the IBP Tambag Legal Caravan.

The IBP Tambag Legal Caravan (TLC) is a province-wide outreach program of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Misamis Oriental Chapter that brings free legal aid and essential government services closer to the people of Misamis Oriental. Through the collective efforts of the Chapter, our volunteer lawyers, and partner agencies, residents were provided access to free legal consultation, document preparation and notarization, as well as assistance from the Social Security System (SSS), Pag-IBIG Fund, PhilHealth, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), and the Local Civil Registrar of Balingoan.

The Balingoan leg of the TLC likewise marked the launch of the IBP Mis Or Barangay Legal First-Aiders (BLF) Program, through the orientation and training of representatives from the municipality's nine barangays. The program seeks to strengthen access to justice at the grassroots by equipping barangay officials and representatives with practical knowledge in addressing legal concerns at the community level while establishing a province-wide network of official barangay liaisons who will work closely with the IBP on legal matters. It is the Chapter's vision to progressively expand this initiative to every municipality and barangay throughout Misamis Oriental and Cagayan de Oro City.

The Chapter expresses its sincere gratitude to its partner agencies for their invaluable support in advancing the shared mission of making justice and essential public services more accessible to our communities. The Social Security System, Pag-IBIG Fund, PhilHealth, and the Department of Agrarian Reform Region X and Misamis Oriental have become indispensable partners in bringing the IBP TLC to the people.

The Chapter likewise extends its deepest appreciation to the Local Government Unit of Balingoan, under the leadership of Mayor Atty. Candy Unabia, represented during the activity by Municipal Administrator Atty. Steve Lagapa, and to the Municipal Council headed by Vice Mayor Franklin Panulaya, for the warm hospitality and unwavering support extended to the IBP and its partner agencies.

Together, we continue to move closer to a Misamis Oriental where justice is more accessible, communities are better informed, and no one is left behind in the pursuit of legal protection and public service.

This Saturday, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Misamis Oriental Chapter, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Balingoan and participating government agencies, brings the Tambag Legal Caravan (TLC) to Balingoan!

The caravan also features a public legal lecture and a Legal First Aiders Seminar for barangay representatives from the Municipality of Balingoan, in order to better equip the barangays in handling legal issues at the barangay level and to create a network that will enable the IBP to provide better access to legal assistance to our barangays throughout Misamis Oriental.

IBP Mis Or Strengthens Partnership with ARTA Northern Mindanao Regional Field Office

Today, 1 July 2026, the IBP Misamis Oriental Chapter, represented by Chapter President Atty. Greg Pallugna and Good Governance Committee Chair Atty. Jennifer Dela Cerna, met with representatives of the Anti Red Tape Authority Northern Mindanao Regional Field Office (NMRFO). ARTA Regional Chief Dr. Jutchel L. Nayra was represented by Supervising Administrative Officer Mr. Dominic Sanchez , ARTA Lawyer Atty. Cesar Bongcayao Jr. and Ms. Leigh Maghilom, to discuss the IBP’ chapter-level implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the IBP National Office and the Anti Red Tape Authority signed on 7 August 2025.

Among the key initiatives discussed were the establishment of the ARTA Help Desk at the IBP Misamis Oriental Chapter Office and the conduct of training for IBP ARTA Champions, lawyers and staff who will serve as frontliners in receiving Ease of Doing Business complaints and assisting complainants in navigating the complaint process.

This meeting marks another important milestone in the growing partnership between the IBP and the Anti Red Tape Authority. Through this collaboration, the IBP Misamis Oriental Chapter reaffirms its commitment to promoting good governance, accountability, and accessible justice by helping ensure that government services become more efficient, transparent, and responsive to the needs of the public.

Together, the IBP and ARTA continue to demonstrate that meaningful collaboration can create lasting and positive change for the communities they serve.
