FINALLY THE LONG WAIT IS OVER!!!

We are proud to announce that the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay F.S. CATANICO for the first time is now 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓!

This milestone ensures that the 10% SK General Fund, as mandated by Republic Act No. 10742 (SK Reform Act of 2015) and its amendment RA No. 11768, is now within the control of the SK. It allows us to implement projects and programs directly for the youth with efficiency and independence.

This achievement is a significant step toward youth empowerment, transparency, and accountability.

Under the leadership of SK CHAIRPERSON Hon. Queen Jailyn Faith Sacala and SK TREASURER Terry Nochica Mayake, we have successfully complied with all the mandatory requirements.

On its other side, we extend our outmost appreciation to the Barangay Council spearheaded by Punong Barangay Elpedio M. Neri, for their continuous support. To SK Kag. Glorious Neri who has always been a one-call-away on this project, to our SK Council thanks to all of your efforts, and of course to everyone who never failed to respond to our SK Chairperson's request for assistance just to accomplish all this. Thank you all so much!

As for the moment we are just waiting for the funds to be transferred to our own BANK ACCOUNT, so we can finally implement the Projects we have promised to our Kabataan!!!
