The LG COMEA is pleased to announce the official result of the Special Runoff Election for the Grade 7 Representative of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG).

Following a closely contested initial election that resulted in a tie, the Special Runoff Election was successfully conducted in accordance with LG COMEA Resolution No. 1, s. 2026, ensuring a fair, transparent, and democratic electoral process.

Congratulations to IZHI JALYN A. CHAVEZon being duly elected as the Grade 7 SSLG Representative for School Year 2026–2027!

We also extend our sincere appreciation to all the candidates for their courage to lead, and to every Grade 7 learner who participated in the election. Your vote and active participation reflect the true spirit of democracy and responsible student leadership.

The LG COMEA hereby releases the official results of the recently concluded election for the Grade 7 SSLG Representative.

Following the official canvassing of votes, the election resulted in a tie between two candidates for the Grade 7 Representative position. In keeping with the principles of fairness, transparency, and democratic representation, the LG COMEA has resolved to conduct a Special Runoff Election to determine the duly elected representative.

Posted is the election results reflect the official vote count of the initial election. For the Grade 7 Representative position, the status is TIE, thus resolved through the conduct of the Special Runoff Election as provided in LG COMEA Resolution No. 1, s. 2026 posted earlier today.

Thank you to all Grade 7 learners who exercised their right to vote. Your participation strengthens our culture of responsible and democratic student leadership.

The LG COMEA of MNHSl officially announces the conduct of a Special Runoff Election for the Grade 7 SSLG Representative following a tie in the recently concluded election.

In the spirit of fairness, transparency, and democratic representation, the tied candidates will once again present themselves before the Grade 7 student body to determine who will serve as your official representative in the SSLG.

The Mambuaya National High School Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) successfully conducted the Voting Election for the Grade 7 Representative on June 25, 2026, at Mambuaya National High School. The activity provided Grade 7 learners with the opportunity to exercise their right to vote and select a representative who will serve as their voice in student governance.

Facilitated by the MNHS SSLG officers, the election was carried out in an orderly, fair, and transparent manner. Learners actively participated in the democratic process, demonstrating responsibility and engagement as they cast their votes for the candidate they believed could best represent their interests and concerns.

The voting activity highlighted the importance of participation, accountability, and representation within the school community. It also allowed students to experience firsthand the value of democratic decision-making and the role of leadership in promoting the welfare of their fellow learners.

The Mambuaya National High School Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) successfully conducted the Screening and Interview of SSLG Grade 7 Representative Aspirants on June 24, 2026, at Mambuaya National High School. The activity served as an important step in the selection process, providing aspiring student leaders with the opportunity to present their qualifications, leadership potential, and commitment to service.

Facilitated by the MNHS SSLG officers and the designated screening committee, the interview aimed to assess the aspirants’ readiness to take on the responsibilities of representing the Grade 7 learners. Through a series of questions and discussions, the candidates were able to demonstrate their communication skills, confidence, and understanding of servant leadership.

The screening process also emphasized the values of fairness, accountability, and transparency in student governance. The Mambuaya National High School Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) conducted an Information Dissemination activity on June 22, 2026, regarding the Call for SSLG Grade 7 Representative Aspirants and the Timeline for Election. The orientation aimed to inform Grade 7 learners about the qualifications, responsibilities, and procedures involved in the selection of their representative.

Led by the MNHS SSLG officers, the activity served as an avenue to encourage students to take an active role in student governance and leadership.
