For today’s spotlight, we feature 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗼 𝗞𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗖. 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝘀𝗼𝗻, a Technical Services Manager whose journey in tech reflects resilience, growth, and the courage to push beyond limits.

Working in a male-dominated industry, 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱. Her story is a reminder that women belong in tech, not just as participants, but as leaders and changemakers.
