📍 Adolescent Health Congress 2026

Empowering the youth through awareness on adolescent health, mental well-being, and responsible decision-making. Together, we build a healthier and more informed generation. 💙

Adolescent health programs focus on helping young people aged 10–19 years understand important issues such as reproductive health, mental health, and healthy lifestyle choices, while ensuring access to youth-friendly health services that support their overall growth and development.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Barangay Kauswagan Health Center for inviting our students to participate in this insightful whole-day Adolescent Health Congress 2026. This meaningful initiative provided our learners with valuable knowledge, guidance, and awareness that will help them make responsible choices and develop a deeper understanding of their health and well-being.

Special thanks to Hon. Kapitan Janjan Lim for the unwavering support and dedication to programs that prioritize the welfare, protection, and empowerment of our youth. Your leadership continues to inspire initiatives that strengthen our community and nurture the next generation.

Our heartfelt appreciation as well to Sir Marvin Anthony Acosta Ramos for always being supportive and committed in guiding and advocating for the welfare of our students. Your dedication and continued support truly make a difference in shaping responsible, informed, and empowered young individuals in our community. 💙

ATM | Ongoing Symposium
Kauswagan National High School is currently conducting a comprehensive Symposium on OSAEC, CSAEM, Mental Health, and Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) for our Grade 10–12 learners. This significant initiative strengthens our commitment to student protection and holistic development.

The symposium provides learners with essential, age-appropriate knowledge on online safety, child protection mechanisms, mental health awareness, and responsible decision-making. By addressing critical issues such as Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Materials (CSAEM), we empower students to recognize risks, assert boundaries, seek help when necessary, and become responsible digital citizens.
Beyond awareness, this activity cultivates resilience, emotional intelligence, and informed choices—equipping our learners with the tools they need to navigate adolescence and the evolving digital landscape with confidence and accountability.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our valued partners from Barangay Kauswagan—Kagawad Kirby Hand Woodz Rosalie T. Apo, and Jason C. Vistal from the Barangay Health Center and the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC) BCPC Kauswagan for sharing their expertise and unwavering support in safeguarding our youth.

Our gratitude also goes to Barangay Captain Janjan Lim for providing our knowledgeable speakers who enriched the discussions with relevant insights and real-world guidance.

To our supportive school leadership, Principal Sir Marvin Anthony Acosta Ramos and Assistant Principal Ma’am Shielamar Labiscase thank you for continuously championing programs that prioritize student welfare, safety, and empowerment.

Creativity meets advocacy in our Poster Making Activity, where young minds transform powerful ideas into visual messages that promote a safer and more responsible digital world. Through colors, symbols, and words, learners expressed the importance of thinking before we click, respecting others online, and using technology with care and accountability.
More than an art showcase, this activity serves as a strong reminder that every post, share, and comment carries responsibility. By nurturing digital citizenship early, we empower our learners to become informed, ethical, and compassionate netizens who help make the internet a safer space for everyone.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to our ever-supportive Principal, Sir Marvin Anthony Acosta Ramos and to Ma’am Shielamar Labiscase Assistant to the Principal, for their unwavering guidance and encouragement, which greatly contributed to the success of this meaningful activity.

“Ako, Ikaw, Tayo: Konektado at Protektado Laban sa OSAEC at CSAEM” at Kauswagan National High School aims to deepen students’ understanding of online safety and strengthen the school’s commitment to child protection.
