Stress Awareness Month: Small Bites, Big Impact!
We celebrated Stress Awareness Month with the powerful message: "Little by Little, A Little Becomes A Lot." Huge shoutout to our amazing Peer Facilitators and Psych Circle Club who took this to heart! Their delicious chocolate treats might seem like a small gesture, but together they're a delicious reminder that even tiny, consistent acts of kindness can create a ripple effect of positivity.
Feeling stressed? Remember, self-care is a marathon, not a sprint. What small step can you take today towards managing stress? Maybe it's a walk in nature, a gratitude journal entry, or simply taking a deep breath. Every little bit counts!
