For too long, we have received too little, passed over for opportunities while others continue to benefit greatly from what rightfully comes from our land and our people.

Let’s be clear: we are not asking for charity. We are asserting our rights.

The wealth drawn from our land is not a favor granted to us, it is ours by dignity, by history, and by justice. Yet what reaches the very communities who have protected and lived on this land for generations often feels like mumho compared to the abundance taken away.

This is not about greed. This is about fairness.

We believe in partnership, not exploitation. We believe development should uplift everyone, not just a few. And we believe that those who contribute the most—especially those whose land and lives are directly affected—deserve a rightful share, not leftovers.

So no, we’re not going to settle for mumho.

We will speak. We will stand. We will demand what is just.

Because dignity is not negotiable, and justice should never come in scraps.
