The 2026 City Scholarship Qualifying Examination officially began today, April 20, at Liceo de Cagayan University Main Campus, gathering aspiring scholars from across the city.

Administered by the Center for Educational Measurement, the qualifying examination period will run until April 25, 2026. As these hopeful Kagay-anon youth take on the challenge, we celebrate their courage, preparation, and commitment to succeed.
