The Right Leader/s of the Nation must have these qualities and charactetistics, at the very least, to wit:
1). He/She must know and understand what are his/her RESPONSIBILITIES;
2). He/She has the ultimate ACCOUNTABILITY of his/her actions/inactions and those under his/her command;
3). He/She can effectively promote UNITY of the Country and its people;
4). He/She has unconditional LOVE of God, Country, Humanity, Nature, and Democracy!; and
5). He/She has utmost LOYALTY to the Consititution and the Rule of Law.
