DID YOU KNOW?

𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 (𝗚𝗠𝗪) is a worldwide campaign happening March 16-22, 2026, dedicated to helping young people become financially literate and resilient.

Now in its 14th year, the campaign coordinated by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has reached over 71 million young people across 176 countries since it began in 2012. This year’s theme is “Smart Money Talks.”

The goal is simple but powerful: 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘂𝗽, 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 simply from saving and earning to investing and making wise financial decisions.

And that’s exactly why we asked those questions earlier. Because sometimes, the best financial lessons and decisions come from conversations between generations. So let’s keep the Smart Money Talks going!

Today’s feature highlights a message from 𝗔𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗮, CYP Board of Trustee representing 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟵 from 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗺 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, sharing her insights on youth leadership in co-operatives and their role in localizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
