The Angat Looc Youth Organization (ALYO), under the leadership of President Jona Remadavia, respectfully extends its warmest congratulations to all individuals and groups who contributed to the remarkable success of the Kasilay Festival 2026.

We commend our Head Choreographer, Marvin Daaca Dagasuhan, for his exemplary leadership, dedication, and commitment in guiding the team toward excellence.

We also recognize the valuable contributions of Assistant Choreographer Christopher Loue Bawi-in, as well as Sir Jolny Johnson Balatero (Bals Creation), whose expertise, creativity, and guidance greatly enhanced the overall performance.

Our sincere appreciation is extended to the dancers from Barangay Looc, Alipuaton, Tinagaan, and Bunal (LOTIBO) for their unwavering dedication, discipline, and perseverance throughout the preparation and presentation.
We likewise acknowledge our Festival Queen, Mar Aya, for her grace, effort, and admirable dedication.

To our propsmen and drummers, especially Sir Leo, we commend your hard work and proudly congratulate you on achieving Best in Musicality, a truly well-deserved recognition.

We also extend our gratitude to the Barangay Officials of Looc, Bunal, Tinagaan, and Alipuaton, particularly Kagawad Val Bajao, for their continued support, trust, and assistance. To the people of Barangay Looc, thank you for your unwavering support and encouragement.
