The Inner Wheel Club of Uptown CDO, led by President Honey Macmang, successfully carried out a twin project on March 14, 2026, at Barangay Mabuhay Covered Court in Baungon, Bukidnon.

The first initiative was a feeding program in partnership with Botoy’s Litson Manok CDO, in celebration of its 26th anniversary. Spearheaded by Chairperson Liezel Alba, the activity brought joy to children through fun games before the distribution of 500 meal packs to members of the community.

The second initiative with Project Chairperson Lyn Jumamil focused on empowering women through the distribution of essential items in celebration of Women’s Month. In partnership with the Inner Wheel Club of Masterson CDO and with support from Dunkin Donuts, around 80 women received basic necessities. Selected mothers were also delighted to receive boxes of donuts, adding sweetness to the day.

This twin project reflects the club’s continued commitment to meaningful service, compassion, and uplifting communities.

Celebrating 60 years of service and sisterhood! 💎✨

The Inner Wheel Club of Uptown CDO led by President Honey Macmang, District 385 proudly participated in the 60th Diamond Jubilee Annual Conference of Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines Inc. held at Solaire Resort North last February 28 – March 1, 2026.

Seven (7) of our dedicated members represented the club in this momentous gathering of nine (9) districts nationwide — celebrating fellowship, collaboration, and our shared commitment to service.

A proud highlight of the event was the Talent Night, “Icons of Change” – A Musical Tribute for Women Who Dared,” where District 385 headed by District Chairperson Peggy Sebastian emerged as Champion! 🏆 The winning performance was inspired by the life and legacy of Maya Angelou, honoring her strength, courage, and powerful voice for change.

Beyond the awards and celebrations, the conference strengthened our bonds of friendship and renewed our dedication to uplift women, youth, the elderly, and marginalized communities through united action and shared purpose.

Here’s to 60 years of impact — and many more years of selfless service ahead! 💙

The Inner Wheel Club of Uptown CDO, led by President Honey Macmang, together with our sister clubs under District 385 headed by DC Peggy Sebastian— IWC West CDO, IWC Masterson, IWC Lanao del Norte, IWC Yllana Bay, IWC Valencia, IWC Pagadian, IWC Ranaw Circle of Friends, and IWC Golden Friendship — successfully launched Operation Paglingap last February 21, 2026 at Ubaldo Laya Covered Court, Iligan City, bringing relief and hope to Typhoon Basyang victims.

With the generous support of the Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines, Inc. National Office, DC Vicky Montaos/Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines District 377, First Mindanao Opportunities Ventures, Inc., and NPE Jiesela Gaerlan, we were able to serve 188 beneficiaries with rice, groceries, cleaning supplies, mats, and water.

We also took the time to visit our very own PP Sue Maderal of IWC Ranaw Circle of Friends who was also one of the victims of the typhoon and extended our financial help.

In times of need, our sisterhood moves into action — united in compassion, service, and love. 💛

As part of the celebration of the month of love, Inner Wheel Club of Uptown CDO, in partnership with Santuario Eucaristico – Sacred Heart Parish, held a meaningful outreach activity titled “Heart to Heart: A Medical Mission of Love” on February 13, 2026. The project was led by Chairpersons CT Mae Ceniza and Past President Girlie Suan.

Seven active members of the club came together in service: CT Mae Ceniza, VP Lyn Gurrea, CE Lyn Jumamil, Sis Mary Margaret Sara, Sis Mary Ann Lusica, PP Ruby Gargar, and District Chairperson Peggy Sebastian. The club donated medicines and volunteered alongside medical and lay volunteers from the parish to ensure the success of the morning activity.

From registering beneficiaries and taking vital signs to assisting in consultations and medicine distribution, each volunteer played an important role in delivering compassionate care. The beneficiaries included elderly residents, men, women, and children from the community.

The event once again highlighted the club’s commitment to service and love, making it another meaningful and impactful activity for the community.

The Inner Wheel Club of Uptown CDO, led by President Honey Macmang, held its 7th GMM last January 16, 2026 at Philtown Hotel. Members discussed key plans for the upcoming National Conference on February 28–March 1, 2026 at The Solaire, Quezon City.

The meeting also became a joyful celebration honoring our January celebrants—PDC Jan, PP Girlie, CT Mae, and DS Jan, who celebrated her birthday that day. The fellowship was made even more meaningful as Inner Wheel marked its 102nd anniversary, anchored on friendship and service to humanity. 💙
