Please be guided by the collection schedule below, which will be followed for the next two weeks only. Kindly take note of the designated collection days and hours, as well as the 12:00 NN–1:00 PM lunch break, when no collection will be accommodated.

A step toward greater transparency and accountability! ✨

On August 13, 2026, the auditors of each student organization submitted their first financial reports to the Chief Commissioner of the Commission on Audit. The submitted documents underwent a thorough review by the Chief Commissioner and the Coordinator of Student Organizations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the required financial procedures.

Following the review, the reports will be forwarded to the Student Affairs and Services Office for the necessary final signatories.

This process reflects our continued commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, and responsible financial management within every student organization.

📢 USTP Villanueva Announcement

In line with the official advisory from the Municipality of Villanueva, all face-to-face classes at USTP Villanueva are suspended on August 13 and 14, 2026 due to the extreme heat index.

➡️ During this suspension, classes will automatically revert to synchronous/asynchronous mode to ensure academic continuity.

➡️ Students are advised to check their online platforms regularly for updates and instructions from faculty.

➡️ Faculty members are encouraged to maximize asynchronous learning materials and communication channels.

➡️ Offices will remain open to attend to urgent concerns.

Your health and safety remain our top priority. Please stay hydrated, limit outdoor activities, and take necessary precautions during this period of extreme weather.
