🌍✨ 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟. 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐧. ✨🌍

Last 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 28, 2026, the 𝙑𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙙 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 (𝙑𝙀𝙎𝘼) proudly took part in 𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙃𝙤𝙪𝙧 at 𝘾𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙯 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙠—standing united in a global movement to protect and preserve our planet.

As the lights dimmed, our commitment shined brighter than ever. 💚 The scouts also engaged in an advocacy video viewing focused on marine plastic pollution, deepening their awareness of its harmful effects on our oceans and marine life and the urgent need for collective action. 🌊🐢

Through 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, we continue to empower one another to become responsible stewards of the environment. Together, we proved that even in darkness, hope and responsibility can light the way. 🌱

𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 | 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 🚨🌊

✨The afternoon began with a small lunch gathering, where scouts and the CREATE Volunteer Fire Brigade shared experiences, fostered unity, and strengthened camaraderie after the morning training.

Following this, the focus shifted to practical application through supervised emergency simulations. Scouts carried out simulated drowning response scenarios, coordinated water rescue imitations, and applied CPR and rescue procedures under guided supervision from the CREATE Volunteer Fire Brigade.

The exercises reinforced teamwork, leadership, situational awareness, and composure under pressure—showing that preparedness remains a core value in Scouting and a responsibility to the community. 💙💛

𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 | 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🌊

✨Last February 28, 2026, the 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒔 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 (VESA) conducted the Water Activity: Life Saving and Swimming at Laura Seafront Resort, Brgy. Daga, Cadiz City, anchored on the theme “Be Prepared: Scouts Trained to Lead, Ready for the Tides.”

The morning program commenced with registration, introductions, and a comprehensive safety orientation facilitated by the CREATE Volunteer Fire Brigade. Participants underwent structured training in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), basic life support, proper swimming techniques, floating methods, and essential water safety protocols. Required drills and demonstrations ensured preparedness, discipline, and competence in responding to water-related emergencies.

As stated by Robert Baden-Powell, “Be Prepared… the meaning of the motto is that a Scout must prepare himself by previous thinking out and practicing how to act on any accident or emergency.” 💙💛

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗡𝗢𝗖-𝗖𝗦𝗬𝗙: 𝑨 𝑽𝒊𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝑷𝒓𝒆-𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒖𝒎 𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕💻

🌟Last February 10, the BSP-NOC previously conducted the first-ever online pre-forum event that helped our scouts to learn and prepare the things that need to be done in the forum proper. 🌐

✨Through inspiring and engaging speakers with their respective topics, like Parliamentary 101, Resolution-making, Scout Representative roles, Advocacy & SDGs, and Safe From Harm, our scouts were geared up to be ready and prepared for the upcoming 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 this February 13-15, 2026, at Sagay National High School, Sagay City, Negros Occidental. ⚙️

We are also proud of our dedicated, passionate, and committed scouts who willingly serve as one of the Organizing Committee of this year's 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦, namely:

𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗼 𝗽𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗩𝗘𝗦𝗔! 🌟

✨The 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒔 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 (VESA) proudly presented their wonderful and inspirable skit in the 𝙋𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙬𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝘾𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙯𝙣𝙤𝙣 2025: they showed the true essence and meaning of Christmas, through a story about "𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐡." Despite the crammings and short preparation, scouts proved that a scout is always prepared. ⚜️

🏞️ 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽, 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁🔥⚜️

✨The 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒔 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 (VESA) embarked on a meaningful journey in the 33rd Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Jamboree at Camp Kainomayan, Botolan, Zambales, from December 14 to 20, 2025. Scouts met and shared fellowship with other fellow Scouts not only from across the Philippines but also from the Asia-Pacific region. Throughout the complex and challenging activities, they strengthened their teamwork and leadership and discovered the true value of cooperation beyond borders. 🤝🏕️

🌟Each day brought new learnings, skills, values, and perspectives that they will carry home and apply in the community. The unforgettable and once-in-a-lifetime moments forged during the 33rd ASEAN camp now live on.

Together we are united in spirit. 🌿🙏
