PWDFInc Monthly Meeting

The organization conducted its monthly meeting to discuss ongoing programs, upcoming activities, and important matters concerning the welfare of Persons with Disabilities.
The gathering served as a platform for collaboration, transparency, and strengthened commitment in promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities within the community.

Cancer Awareness Month (commonly February in the Philippines or specialized months globally) focuses on reducing cancer burdens through education, promoting early detection via screenings, and supporting patients. It emphasizes healthy lifestyle changes, advocates for improved care, and honors survivors, aiming to shift from fear to proactive action.

City Government of Cadiz, City Social Welfare and Development and PWD Affairs Office - PDAO Cadiz City is inviting Cancer community in a whole day orientation on February 16,2026 at Balay Cadiznon . This way is help individuals and their loved ones better understand the physical, emotional, and psychological impacts of a diagnosis.

The 2nd PWDF Inc. Regular Monthly Meeting was successfully held on February 2, 2026 at PDAO Cadiz.

The meeting focused on updates, planning of upcoming activities, and strengthening cooperation among members to further promote the welfare, rights, and inclusion of persons with disabilities. Through unity and active participation, PWDF Inc. continues to move forward in serving the community. 💙

SEKTOR SANG PWD SA CADIZ, GINPABAKOD PAAGI SA STRATEGIC PLANNING

Agud mas mapabakod ang direksyon kag pundasyon sang mga programa para sa mga Persons with Disabilities (PWD), ginpangunahan sang City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) kag Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) ang isa ka Strategic Planning kag Vision Casting Session sadtong Enero 27.

Ang nasambit nga hilikuton nga ginpatigayon sa Terrace Garden and Restaurant ang gintambungan sang mga PWD Barangay Association Officers kag mga Barangay Kagawad nga nagapamuno bilang Committee Chair on PWDs sa nagkalain-lain nga barangay sang syudad.

Pormal nga ginbuksan ang programa ni PDAO Focal Person Al James Madrid, nga ginsundan sang mensahe ni CSWD Officer Irene Javelona, RSW.

Sa iya pagpamulong-pulong, gintagaan-bug-at ni Javelona ang importansya sang empowerment, inclusion, kag ang kinahanglanon sang pagbuligay nga sahi sang liderato ukon collaborative leadership agud mas mapadasig ang serbisyo sa sektor.

Naging kabahin man sang aktibidad si Pastor Carlo Mendoza nga nagpaambit sang isa ka motivational talk angut sa pag-angkon sang "Winning Attitude" para sa mga partisipante.

Matapos ang mga mensahe, ginpatigayon ang maid-id nga workshop sa Strategic Planning kag SWOT Analysis sa idalom sang paggiya ni Ginoong Jeanel Gregorio.

Ginalauman nga paagi sa sini nga inisyatibo, mas mapalig-on ang paghugpong kag kapasidad sang mga lideres, dungan sa pagduso sang tinutuyo sang siudad sang Cadiz para sa isa ka inklusibo nga kauswagan sang mga PWDs.

PWDF Inc. First Regular Monthly Meeting this Year 2026 held at PDAO, Cadiz City in this afternoon, composed of representatives from 22 Barangays and different PWD Associations.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss important updates, address concerns, and strengthen coordination and unity as we continue to advocate for the rights, welfare, and empowerment of persons with disabilities.
