Brief History: World Youth Alliance reached PNU-Visayas (previously PNU-Cadiz) in 2011 through the effort of Alexander Murillo Jr., a Track A accredited member and 2011 Summer Camp graduate. He invited Renalyn Tan to conduct the first ever Introductory Session (Intro-Session) in PNU held at IMC of the said University. In 2012, WYA PNU Negros Chapter was officially launched after the approval of th
e Dean of Students Affairs in the effort of John Argiel Victor, a Track A accredited member and 2012 Summer Camp graduate. During the campaign to gain members, WYA PNU Negros Chapter receives almost 60 applications but only 20 became an active members. During the first meeting and election of officers, Shyrell Alcontin became the first Director (President) of WYA club in PNU and MR. The other officers that are elected are the following:

In 2013, Junmarl Alconga, became the second President followed by Marian Pabalan in 2014. In 2015, WYA PNU Negros Chapter change its name to adopt the official name of the university from PNU Negros to PNU Visayas. Now the official name of the WYA Club in PNU is WYA PNU Visayas Chapter.
