Due to the ongoing technical issues with the Pinnacle System and following our consultation with the Registrar’s Office, we are aware that students and administrative offices alike are currently unable to access or release official records.

To ensure that our leadership transition remains on track, we will PROCEED with the scheduled Filing of Candidacy (April 13–18) with the following adjustments:

In line with the University’s official declaration of the 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 due to the 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐞, we would like to inform everyone that 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲: 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐝 𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧, led by 𝗣𝗻𝗖 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 in collaboration with the 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 – 𝗣𝗻𝗖 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿, will be 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗗.

This decision was made to ensure the 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 of all students and stakeholders, and to allow the activity to be conducted in a more 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 manner.

The activity is now 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟯𝟬-𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆) at the 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲. Despite the change in schedule, the initiative will continue to provide 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 (𝗮𝗹𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗹) and uphold its commitment to 𝗸𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮, 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 for the student community.
