Rotary on the Move to End Polio 🫰🏻

Today, October 25, 2025, the Rotary Club of Cabuyao, led by Heartworking President Lester Alimagno, together with the Rotary Club of City of Cabuyao Premiere, headed by Heartworking President Diony Misa, proudly joined the simultaneous End Polio motorcade of Rotary International District 3820.

The colorful convoy went around Cabuyao City, spreading awareness and unity in Rotary’s enduring fight to end polio once and for all. Residents witnessed the passion and commitment of Rotarians as they drove through the city streets with one powerful call, Together, We End Polio!

Rotary Trivia:
Rotary’s End Polio campaign began in 1979, right here in the Philippines, when 6 million children received oral polio vaccines.
Now, more than 40 years later, the world has achieved a 99.9% reduction in polio cases, and we’re almost there!

Let’s keep the wheels turning until every child is safe and the world is polio-free.

Together, let’s Unite for Good and keep our Rotary Hearts at Work for a healthier, brighter world.

The District Governor of District 3820, DG Jeremie S. Lo, serves as the official representative of the Rotary International President in our district. He provides leadership, guidance, and inspiration to all Rotary Clubs under District 3820, the largest Rotary district in Zone 10A, covering numerous clubs across Southern Luzon.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to DG Jeremie Lo for his continuous support and encouragement to the Rotary Club of Cabuyao as we strive to create positive change in our community through service and fellowship.

Club Sisterhood Agreement Signing between Rotary Club of Cabuyao and Rotary Club of Tagaytay Business Club

A meaningful partnership was officially sealed between the Rotary Club of Cabuyao, District 3820, led by Heartworking President Lester Alimagno, and the Rotary Club of Tagaytay Business Club, District 3810, headed by Charter President Jaie Flores Ador.

This Club Sisterhood Agreement signifies a shared commitment to strengthen fellowship, collaboration, and joint community service projects that embody Rotary’s mission of “Service Above Self.”

The agreement was also signed and witnessed by District Governor Jeremie S. Lo, marking a milestone of unity and partnership between the two clubs.

Together, we look forward to creating more impactful initiatives that serve humanity and inspire positive change.

During the Rotary Club of Cabuyao’s 32nd Charter Anniversary, Recognition, and Fellowship Night, we joyfully welcomed four new members into our Rotary family.

The Charge to New Members was delivered by DDG Noel Divinagracia, who shared inspiring insights about what it truly means to be a Rotarian. The Oath of Membership was administered by DG Jeremie Lo, with our Heartworking President Lester Alimagno leading the pinning ceremony.

We warmly welcome Reynaldo Valdez, with the classification Information Technology; Melvin Taguilaso, with the classification Hardware and Construction Supplies; Francisco Canlobo, with the classification Marine Engineering; and Richard Buagas, with the classification Marine Transportation.

Together, we look forward to serving our community with passion, dedication, and the true spirit of Rotary.

32nd Charter Anniversary, Recognition, and Fellowship Night

A night filled with gratitude, fellowship, and Rotary spirit!

The Rotary Club of Cabuyao proudly celebrated its 32nd Charter Anniversary, Recognition, and Fellowship Night, an evening that honored 32 years of dedicated service, strong fellowship, and unwavering commitment to our community.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to District Governor Jeremie S. Lo, DDG Noel Divinagracia, COS Reinalyn Diaz, and AG Jonathan Librada for their presence and inspiring messages that encouraged us to continue serving with purpose and passion.

Special thanks to the Heartworking Presidents classmates of President Lester Alimagno, our match club – Rotary Club of Tagaytay Business District led by Charter President Jaie Flores Ador, our visiting Rotarians, and of course, our beloved Rotary Club of Cabuyao members and their families for making this celebration truly meaningful and memorable.

As we celebrate this milestone, we remain steadfast in our mission, Rotary Hearts at Work, always ready to Unite for Good and live the true essence of Service Above Self.

On October 16, 2025, the Rotary Club of Cabuyao proudly presented its accomplishments and upcoming projects during the Governor’s Visit of Rotary International District 3820, headed by District Governor Jeremie S. Lo.

During the visit, DG Jeremie laid out the District Thrusts and Priorities under the inspiring theme “Unite for Good,” encouraging all clubs to stay aligned and work together in advancing meaningful service to humanity.

We were also honored by the presence of DDG Noel Divinagracia, COS Reinalyn Diaz, and AG Jonathan Librada, whose guidance and support continue to inspire every Rotarian to serve with excellence and purpose.

A total of 23 Rotarians attended the event, led by our Heartworking President, Lester Alimagno, reflecting the passion and dedication of the Rotary Club of Cabuyao as we continue to live by our spirit Rotary Hearts at Work.

Together, we remain committed to creating hope, uniting for good, and serving above self.
