EHSelfie Mo! Photo Contest is open to all regular employees of all plant sites including provinces: Asia Brewery Inc., Interbev Philippines Inc., Packageworld Inc and AB Nutribev Corp.
Guidelines:

1. The entry maybe a selfie or groupie on the theme “I am an EHS Partner / We are EHS Partner” which highlights the ff:
a. Promoting EHS workplace
b. Sharing the importance of EHS in the workplace
c. Practicing/implementing safe work procedures and environmental protection

2. Participants may submit a photo taken from any medium: point and shoot camera, mobile phone, tablet, DSLR, GoPro, etc.

3. No digital manipulation will be allowed. Enhancements may only be limited to cropping, enhanced lenses as well as color and digital retouching. Entries found to have been digitally manipulated using photoshop or other photo editing software will automatically be disqualified.

4. Participants may send as many entries as they can but may only win once.

5. Photographs should be in digital file, full color, or black and white, with 300 dpi, in JPEG or JPG format, and maybe on portrait or landscape orientation.

6. Photographs should have no watermark. There should be no identifying mark on the images to eliminate bias during the screening and judging of the submitted photos.

7. The following photographs are disqualified:

a. Photographs that violate a person’s rights including, but not limited to, copyright and privacy.
b. Photographs that contain obscene, sexually explicit, offensive or any other objectionable or inappropriate content.

8. All entries may be submitted to Corporate EHS Admin starting September 2, 2024. The deadline for submission is 5:00 PM of September 13, 2024.

9. Intellectual property ownership of the photography remains the participant’s, with the following exceptions:
a. The participant grants EHS the right to use, reproduce, reprint, and/or display the participant’s photographs without further recompense or notification to the participant;
b. EHS maintains the right to reproduce, reprint, display, or exhibit the project for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes on their website, web page, at seminars/trainings, or at any other venues; and
c. Participants agree to be bound by the official contest rules and decisions of the judges.

Criteria for Judging

The decision of the panel of judges based on the following criteria is final and irrevocable.

Relevance to the Topic The work readily explains the selected topic. 50%
Originality and Creativity The work must be original and creative, the videographer has artistically woven his interpretation of the given theme in the video. 30%
Photograph Quality Adherence to the photograph requirements stated in the mechanics 10%
Social Media's Choice Measure employee's choice with positive impression on the video. Heart react to the vlog on EHS page. 10%

EHS Vlogging Contest Year 2.0 engage every employee in creating continuous EHS awareness, building more improvement, and empowering them to remain work together driving EHS culture within our workplace. This contest recognizes the employee’s ability to create culture and demonstrate an active concern for environment, health and safety aspect. Thus, Asia Brewery Inc. seeks to find role models who can become change-makers in promoting EHS breakthrough performance.

Entry Requirements and Guidelines
The vlogging contest is open to all regular employees of all plant sites including provinces: Asia Brewery Inc., Interbev Philippines Inc., Packageworld Inc and AB Nutribev Corp.
Guidelines:
1. All submitted work must be original work and between 5-7 minutes in length, including credits. The selection committee will accept minimum of one and maximum of two entries per Plant / BU

2. Each entry must focus on their selected topic with atleast 3-5 main characters.

3. The video must possess the following specifications:
a. The vlogs should be in landscape orientation and in the highest quality possible. Either 1080p (1920 x 1080) or 720p (1280 x 720).
b. The content’s language must be in Filipino or English only. Entries containing foul and offensive language and any other sensitive content will be immediately disqualified.
c. When using images, sounds, or music in the entry, references of information and other related sources used in the video must be cited, crediting the original owner.

4. All entries must begin with a 5-second full-screen title page that follows the format
below:
Name of Plant/BU with Logo
Site Address (Barangay, Municipality/City)
Title of the video
Total runtime
Example:

5. All entries must be submitted in digital format. Entries may be submitted to Corporate EHS Admin starting Sept. 2, 2024. The deadline for submissions is 5:00 PM of Sept. 19, 2024. Winners will be announced on Sep. 26, 2024 during EHS Summit. No professional assistance is allowed.

6. Participants should keep at least one (1) copy of their video. EHS is not accountable for any entries that lost, damaged, or do not upload correctly.

7. Intellectual property ownership of the project remains the participant’s, with the following
exceptions:
a. The participant grants EHS the right to use, reproduce, reprint, distribute, perform, and/or display the participant’s project video without further recompense or notification to the participant;
b. EHS maintains the right to reproduce, reprint, distribute, perform, display, or exhibit the project for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes on their website, web page, at seminars/trainings, or at any other venues; and
c. Participants agree to be bound by the official contest rules and decisions of the judges.

8. All entries will automatically become official property of Asia Brewery Inc.
