Blue Ternate/Blue Ternatea is known is for various names as Butterfly Pea, Asian Pigeon Wings, Blue Pea, Cordofan Pea, Blue Bell Vine, and Darwin pea.

It is a blue flower from Southeast Asia, usually used as food coloring for Thai and Malay dishes. Moreover, the flower is rich in antioxidants and often used as a herbal tea and natural dye.

Additionally, it has an anti-inflammatory properties, fight against cancer and the compounds they contain may help support skin and hair health, increase weight loss, and stabilize blood sugar levels.

𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐒!

We are looking for 10 trainees and 5 farm partners in CALABARZON for the Youth Scholarship Grant on Organic Farming.

The Youth Scholarship Program on Organic Farming is a highly specialized internship program designed to instill and develop in the trainees an appreciation for organic agriculture (OA). This is a 21-month internship program for the youth to fully imbibe the “life of a farmer” and the organic practices. It comprises of nine-month schooling and on-site training to the farm partners, and one-year hands-on practice and implementation of proposed organic enterprise.
