​A snappy salute to all scouts who survived the Basic Training Course for Unit Leaders (BTC) at The Bridgewater International School Inc., Brgy. Halayhayin, Siniloan, Laguna, on November 14–16, 2025.

Southville 1 Integrated National High School showing how it's done! 💪 With the leadership of our 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀, 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚, 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗯𝘀, 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀, we conducted a successful cleanup drive this October 18, 2025. Proud to be part of this community! 💙

This October, we celebrate the 89th Happy Scouting Month—a time to reflect on the journey, the memories, and the values that make being a Scout truly meaningful.

For almost 89 decades, Scouting has been more than just an organization. It has been a second home for many of us—a place where we learned how to tie knots and build fires, yes, but also where we discovered the deeper things: 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦, 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘪𝘨𝘨𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘴.

Whether it was your first overnight camp, the time you helped during a community clean-up, or that moment you finally earned a badge you worked so hard for—every Scout has their own story. And while each of our paths may look different, what connects us all is the Scout spirit. That quiet but powerful promise we made: to do our duty, to help others, and to live with honesty and purpose.

As we mark this 89th year, let’s take a moment to look back—not just on the history of Scouting, but on the friendships we’ve built, the lessons we’ve learned, and the people we’ve become because of it. And let’s also look forward, with hope, knowing that the values of Scouting—kindness, bravery, service, and respect—are still deeply needed in the world today.
