Did you know that the first computer programmer was a woman? ๐Ÿ‘€

Meet ๐€๐๐š ๐‹๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐š๐œ๐ž, an English mathematician and writer whose ideas helped shape the future of computing! ๐Ÿ’ป

Born on ๐ƒ๐ž๐œ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ, ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ–๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“, Ada worked with Charles Babbage on his proposed ๐€๐ง๐š๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐„๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ž, an early design for a mechanical computer.

In 1843, she published her famous notes, including ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ž ๐†, which contained an algorithm designed to calculate Bernoulli numbers.

Although the machine was never completed, her work showed how computers could have possibilities beyond simple calculations.

Established in 2009 by Suw Charman-Anderson, Ada Lovelace Day celebrates the achievements of women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). It also reminds us of the importance of recognizing women's contributions and encouraging more girls and women to pursue careers in these fields. ๐Ÿ’œ

๐Ÿ’Œ As National Mental Health Awareness Month comes around this October, we want to remind everyone that you are never alone. Whether it's a close friend, a family member, or a trusted adult, always remember there's someone ready to listen when you need to talk through your feelings and emotions.

Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your own body, and reaching out, whether to talk your feelings through or to share about your day, is a sign of real strength, not weakness.
