This Mother’s Day, we honor the first leaders in our lives — our mothers. Before every young leader who inspires the community, there was a mother who sacrificed, guided, and believed in them first. Leaders are not only made in schools or organizations; they are born and nurtured at home through the love, strength, and wisdom of mothers.

The existence of ISEE CABUGAO is a reflection of the values and dreams planted by these incredible women. Behind every passionate youth leader, volunteer, and changemaker is a mother who raised them to serve, to lead, and to inspire others.

ISEE CABUGAO proudly took part in the Ilocos Sur Youth Jamboree 2 held on May 2–4, 2026 at Olympus Eco Park, Cervantes, Ilocos Sur. This meaningful gathering, initiated by the Province of Ilocos Sur together with the Provincial Youth Development Office, brought together young leaders committed to growth, service, and collaboration.

Through this experience, our delegates strengthened their leadership skills, built connections with fellow youth, and embraced the shared vision of empowered and proactive communities. ISEE CABUGAO remains dedicated to shaping responsible, passionate, and service-driven individuals who will continue to create positive change. 💙

ISEE CABUGAO was honored to serve as the resource speaker and facilitator for this impactful gathering, engaging with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials and Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) members of Dardarat. In partnership with the Social Work Practicum Student of University of Northern Philippines. The activity created a dynamic space for learning, reflection, and collaboration, empowering participants to strengthen their leadership skills, deepen their sense of social responsibility, and embrace their role in community development.

Through shared insights, interactive discussions, and collective visioning, the seminar ignited a renewed commitment among the youth to lead with purpose, inspire others, and contribute to building resilient and progressive communities.
