With the help of our Alumni Members as former Scout Leaders and Charter members would like to greet the BSP Quirino Council - QGHS Outfit No. 1107 a Happy 2nd Charter Anniversary with the vision of our Vice President Sct. Dean Labasa, FSCL, and our members Sct. Kyrth Justine Laitan, FCSR, Sct. Yana Vennice Ang, Sct. Kristel Mendoza, and Sct. Preciouse Gurat, the BSP QGHS was re-established and redefined with the help also by our Advisor Sctr. Nolyn Paclarin, WBH, CML, LT and also the Outfit Advisor of BSP QGHS Outfit No. 1107.
The QG Scouting Outfit was activated.

We The Torchbearers of Brotherhood will continue to enlighten our "adings" towards the right path of Scouting. We will serve with Excellence and Integrity and with our never ending support to our "adings" even if we are not appreciated by a member of the Advisory Council we will continue to guide you to excellence.

On August 22, 2022, the BSP QGHS Outfit No. 1107 was proudly re-established under the leadership of Sct. Dean Labasa, our Former Senior Crew Leader. Alongside the pioneering spirit of charter members Sct. Kyrth Justine Laitan, FCSR, Sct. Yana Vennice Ang, Sct. Kristel Mendoza, and Sct. Preciouse Gurat, we embarked on a journey to uphold the Scouting ideals.

For two years, we have been guided by Almighty God, with the Lamp of Knowledge shining brightly before us. The Kampilan, symbolizing our strength and resilience, shall prevail as we continue to forge the way to excellence.
