Rev. Fr. Reynold "Noy" Oliveros, JCD
Vicar General, Judicial Vicar, Rector and Pastor of St. Nicholas of Tolentine Cathedral Parish, Cabanatuan City.

We are truly honored and blessed to welcome Father Noy as our Council Chaplain. May the Lord continue to bless and strengthen his priestly ministry as he guides our Council with wisdom, faith, and compassion.
