After the recent earthquakes reported in the Philippines, the shaking may have stopped but our minds and hearts may still be trembling. In moments like this, it is important to pause, breathe, and take care of both your mental well-being and your medicines.

Check if your medications are safe, dry, and complete. Continue your regular doses if possible, and reach out to health centers if any of your supplies were lost or damaged. Remember that caring for your body also means caring for your mind. Talk to someone you trust, rest when you can, and do not ignore the signs of stress or anxiety.

We rise stronger when we care for one another. Let us heal together, slowly but surely.
