LAST DAY - The Rover Circles United 08 (RCU08) – BSP Cabanatuan City Council proudly participated and supported Brigada Eskwela 2026 held from June 1–5, 2026, demonstrating the true spirit of volunteerism, service, and community involvement in preparing our schools for the opening of classes.

Throughout the week, RCU08 members rendered their time, effort, and skills in assisting school clean-up activities, minor repairs, campus preparation, and other initiatives to help create a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment for all learners.

This activity reflects our commitment to the Scout Oath and Law serving others and becoming active partners in nation-building through education.

We extend our appreciation to all volunteers, partner schools, Scout leaders, and stakeholders who made this initiative meaningful and successful.

Together, we build better schools and brighter futures!

The Rover Circles United 08 (RCU08) – Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Cabanatuan City Council conducted a simple yet meaningful free lugaw distribution around PJG Hospital, Cabanatuan City, extending support and kindness to tricycle drivers, vendors, watchers, and community members in the area.

Through this small act of service, RCU08 continues to live the Scout spirit of helping others and creating positive impact in the community one warm meal at a time.

Thank you to all volunteers and supporters who made this initiative possible. Together, we continue to serve with compassion and uphold the value of “Doing a Good Turn Daily.”

Rover Scouts of RCU08 – BSP Cabanatuan City Council proudly joined the 2026 Philippine Independence Day Celebration held at SM City Cabanatuan, following the city program at Cabanatuan City Hall.

Together with more than a hundred Scouts from across Cabanatuan and the dedicated SM personnel, the activity became a meaningful celebration of patriotism, unity, and service to the nation. Through participation in this commemorative event, Scouts once again demonstrated their commitment to responsible citizenship and love for country.

We extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude to SM Cabanatuan for the invitation and warm accommodation extended to BSP Cabanatuan City Council. Thank you for giving the Scouting community the opportunity to take part in this significant national celebration.

As Scouts, we continue to honor the values of freedom, service, and nation-building.

Rover Circles United 08 (RCU08) – BSP Cabanatuan City Council proudly joined the celebration of the 128th Philippine Independence Day held at Cabanatuan City Hall on June 12, 2026.

More than a hundred Scouts from various Scouting units across Cabanatuan City, together with DepEd personnel and local government officials, gathered to commemorate the bravery, sacrifice, and patriotism of the Filipino heroes who fought for our nation's freedom. The ceremony served as a meaningful reminder of our responsibility as citizens and Scouts to uphold the values of service, unity, and love of country.

RCU08 extends its sincere appreciation to Council Scout Executive Ms. Lilibeth Guevarra Beth Guevarra , Council Chairman Mr. Mikko Vergara Mikko Vergara , CLR Regional Director Mr. Michael Indoma, and BSP Secretary General Atty. Cedrick G. Train Cloud Runner , BSP National President Atty. Emilio Benito Aquino for their unwavering support and leadership in strengthening the Scouting Movement and inspiring young people to become active contributors to nation-building.

RCU08 Supports FA Reyes Memorial Elementary School’s ARAL Program

In the spirit of service and community involvement, the Rover Circles United 08 (RCU08) – BSP Cabanatuan City Council extended support to FA Reyes Memorial Elementary School’s ARAL Program by providing simple lugaw for the learners as their snack.

This small act of kindness aimed to support the students as they continue their learning journey showing that nourishment and education go hand in hand. May 28, 2026 RCU08 Kicks Off Pre-Brigada Eskwela Service!

In the spirit of service and community involvement, the members of Rover Circles United 08 (RCU08) – BSP Cabanatuan City Council officially kicked off their Pre-Brigada Eskwela Service at FA Reyes Memorial Elementary School, Cabanatuan City.

With willing hearts and helping hands, the Rover Scouts dedicated their time and effort in preparing the school environment to become more welcoming, safe, and ready for another meaningful school year. Through teamwork, volunteerism, and the Scout spirit, RCU08 demonstrated that service goes beyond duty it is a commitment to building better communities.

This activity reflects the values of leadership, responsibility, and active citizenship, showing that even simple acts of service can create a positive impact for learners and educators alike.

Through teamwork and dedication, our Rover Scouts actively participated in various activities aimed at creating a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming learning space for students and teachers. RCU08 Leaders participates in WOSM–APR Educational Program Committee Webinar on SDGs featuring EARTH TRIBE and HEALTH ALLIES

June 06, 2026, members of Rover Circles United 08 (RCU08) – BSP Cabanatuan City Council actively joined the virtual WOSM – Asia Pacific Region (APR) Educational Program Committee Webinar on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) featuring Earth Tribe and Health Allies.

The webinar served as a meaningful platform for learning and sharing initiatives that empower Scouts to become active contributors to sustainable communities and healthier societies. Through discussions on environmental stewardship and health advocacy, participants gained valuable insights on how Scouting programs continue to support the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through youth-led action and community engagement.

RCU08 remains committed to strengthening its role in creating positive change by equipping Rover Scouts with knowledge, skills, and opportunities that inspire service and responsible citizenship.
