The Teacher Education Student Government (TESG), Student-Teacher Alliance for Futuristic Federations (STAFF), and the Club Presidents held their first face-to-face general meeting in the College of Education at the TESG Office yesterday, July 28, 2023.

The brief discussion covered forthcoming events like Alumni Homecoming and COED Week. Mrs. Romellen Ramos, the TESG Adviser, welcomed the groups with a bright and warm presence. Additionally, she gave instructions and informed the organizations on the adjustments and plans for the aforementioned week.

๐“๐„๐’๐† ๐”๐๐ƒ๐€๐“๐„๐’ | The TESG and STAFF Office Cleaning Operation

On Monday, July 24, 2023, the Teacher Education Student Government (TESG) held their first day cleaning operation for this academic year 2023-2024 with the Student-Teacher Alliance for Futuristic Federations (STAFF) officers and members.

To make sure that the office is conducive, cozy, and welcoming for the officers as well as the students and teachers, the TESG Office underwent a general redesign. The sporting goods were also properly stored so they could also be used in this year's University Meet.

This cleaning operation was completed over the course of three daysโ€”Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Supposedly, this cleaning operation will last for a week, along with it is the preparation for the COED Week. However, cleaning was delayed for two days due to Typhoon "Egay," and was just resumed yesterday. The preparation for COED Week was then rescheduled a week before the official class starts.

Having trouble figuring out how to calculate your General Weighted Average (GWA)? Well, the TESG is here to provide you the instructions on how to compute it.

In order to get your GWA, you must follow this process:
1. Multiply your subject grade to the subject's units.
2. Add up the total units and the total grades.
3. Divide the total grades to the total units to get your GWA.

๐“๐„๐’๐† ๐”๐ฉ๐๐š๐ญ๐ž | The Teacher Education Student Government (TESG) held its 2.1 General Assembly today July 12, 2023

In accordance with the meeting held last July 7, 2023, the Teacher Education Student Government (TESG) continued to discussed about the upcoming College of Education (COED) Week this August. This celebration aims to welcome a new semester with passion and joy in order to spread compassion and optimism throughout the entire academic year.

Aside from the COED week, the TESG also discussed about the upcoming Alumni Homecoming this August. The members were tasked with attending the event in order to represent the COED community as a whole and to welcome the guests with respect.

Members were also briefed for the cleaning operation that will take place this July. Tasks were also to be followed as assigned by the TESG Secretary, Ms. Bea Bianca Pacurib.
