The CECT Tiger Sharks once again made their mark at RAITE 2025, held at NEUST Sumacab Campus, securing the 1st Runner-Up spot in the Valorant Tournament! ๐Ÿฆˆ๐Ÿ’ฅ

Despite not being able to compete in the Palaro this year due to the removal of Valorant from the official esports roster, our team delivered an outstanding performanceโ€”showcasing exceptional strategy, coordination, and mastery of the game. Every play reflected the dedication and competitive spirit that define the Tiger Sharks, proving that even beyond the live arena, their synergy and skill continue to shine through every round.

While the championship title may have been just out of reach, this remarkable run stands as another proud milestone for Wesleyan Universityโ€“Philippines and the CECT Department, reminding everyone that true gamers donโ€™t just play. They inspire. ๐Ÿ’™

Creativity meets innovation as Wesleyan Universityโ€“Philippines proudly claims the Champion title in the Lanyard Layout Design Competition held during RAITE 2025 at NEUST Sumacab Campus! ๐ŸŽจโœจ

Designed by Shandler Erynne C. Ganoza, a 4th Year BSIT student, the winning entry stood out with its remarkable balance of meaning and designโ€”capturing the identity of PSITE Central Luzon through both concept and creativity.

The layout features symbolic elements such as:
๐Ÿ”น 1998 and Tech Icons โ€” representing the founding year and continuous innovation in IT.
๐Ÿ”น Houses and Buildings with Constellations โ€” showing how technology bridges homes, cities, and people.

The energy was unmatched at the NEUST Sumacab Campus as our talented Tiger Sharks Dance Crew lit up the RAITE 2025 stage with their incredible performance! Combining precision, creativity, and confidence, the team captivated the audience from start to finish โ€” earning loud cheers and unstoppable energy from the crowd.

Their hard work and passion truly paid off as they brought home the 1st Runner-Up title and were also awarded Best in Costume, proving that the Tiger Shark spirit doesnโ€™t just dominate in tech, but also shines in the spotlight.

From the stage lights to the gaming screens, our BSIT students showed what passion, creativity, and teamwork truly mean at the Regional Assembly on Information Technology Education (RAITE) 2025 held at NEUST Sumacab Campus! ๐Ÿ’ปโœจ

Our dancers brought the heat with a show-stopping performance that earned them Best Costume and 1st Runner-Up, while our lanyard designerโ€”Shandler Canoza, a repeat contenderโ€”finally claimed the Champion title with creativity that stood out from the rest! ๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿ”ฅ

And on the digital battlefield, our Valorant team fought hard in a tournament match before the event day and proudly secured 1st Runner-Up, awarded finally during the event, proving that skill and strategy go hand in hand with Tiger Shark spirit. ๐ŸŽฎ๐Ÿ’ฅ

Truly, it was a day of innovation, artistry, and unstoppable energy. The Tiger Sharks made waves once again, and this is just the beginning. ๐Ÿฆˆ๐Ÿ’™

The CECT Tiger Sharks lit up the gymnasium stage at the Palarong Wesleyan 2025 closing ceremony with their electrifying team dance performance! From sharp moves to undeniable energy, they made waves and left the crowd cheering for more.

Despite the inclement weather and persistent thunderstorm, the Tiger Sharks showed their true nature: a force of nature that thrives in any condition, bringing intensity and fierce spirit no matter the arena. Their performance was a dynamic showcase of our college's resilience and pride!
