Love and adventure in one frame 💍🏔️

Standing at 473 MASL as the second-highest peak on Batan Island, Mt. Matarem is known for its enchanting “fairy trail”, a path surrounded by lush green hills, natural tunnels of trees, vibrant flora, and even sightings of unique insects 🍃✨

The hike takes an average of 1.5–2 hours to reach the summit (and another for the backtrail), starting with a challenging steep cemented road from the jump-off point in Ivana, Batanes.

But every step is worth it, because at the top, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the island 🌄

Congratulations to our newlywed couple, Gab and Joyce! ❤️
From saying “I do” to conquering Mount Matarem together, truly a journey of love, strength, and shared dreams.

Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness, endless adventures, and more mountains to conquer side by side ❤️

Dios mamajes, Batanes!

No pressure, no competition, just family and financial stability. Mas piliin ang payapang buhay kaysa sa stress ng paghahabol sa standards ng iba.

Nakapagpost na ba lahat? 😄 Another weekend hike for NEBMCI—this time to Mount Pinatubo!

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the participants who joined our Hike for a Cause last March 8, 2026. Umulan man o umaraw, mabasa man at maalikabukan tuloy pa rin ang saya at tawanan.

Hiking the beautiful trails of Mt. Pinatubo while supporting the Lapis at Papel Project made the experience even more meaningful.

Thank you for being part of this cause! 🥾⛰️📚
