It was indeed a fun and memorable day with our Student Assistants' of Wesleyan University–Philippines that was held last December 13, 2025 at D&Y Private Resort.

We would like to thank the College Deans and heads, faculty members, and the Office of Student Affairs for their continued support and understanding.

The recent event gave our Student Assistants' the chance to relax, get to know each other, and work together outside the campus. Through fun games and group activities they were able to build stronger teamwork, improve communication, and most importantly create lasting memories.

It was the day of teamwork, learning, and fun for our Student Assistants. With stronger bonds — better teamwork; and most specialy full of unforgettable moments. 💛🖤

The program began with the representatives from the CBA Department as they presented their advocacy on Financial Literacy, focusing on helping the students of Wesleyan University—especially the hardworking Student Assistants.

Their presentation highlighted the importance of financial awareness, developing entrepreneurial skills, and creating sustainable opportunities that can support the S.A community.

The meeting also featured discussions on the organization’s upcoming activities and commitments, reinforcing the Student Assistants’ dedication to unity, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Patuloy na lumalakas at papalapit sa silangang bahagi ng Luzon ang Bagyong Uwan (Fung-Wong) habang ito ay kumikilos pa-kanluran hilagang-kanluran sa bilis na 30 kilometro bawat oras. Sa kasalukuyan, taglay nito ang lakas ng hangin na 150 kilometro bawat oras at bugso hanggang 185 kilometro bawat oras. Inaasahan ding lalakas pa ito at posibleng umabot sa kategoryang super typhoon sa loob ng susunod na 24 oras.

𝐒𝐚 𝐍𝐮𝐞𝐯𝐚 𝐄𝐜𝐢𝐣𝐚, 𝐧𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐨. 𝟐, na nangangahulugang may banta ng malalakas na hangin na aabot sa 62 hanggang 88 kilometro bawat oras sa loob ng 24 oras. Maaaring maranasan ang bahagya hanggang katamtamang panganib sa kaligtasan at ari-arian, partikular sa mga mahihinang istruktura at puno. Posible rin ang pagkawala ng kuryente at pagkaantala ng mga biyahe sa kalsada at himpapawid.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na manatiling alerto at makinig sa mga abiso ng lokal na pamahalaan at PAGASA. Ihanda ang mga emergency kit at sundin ang mga utos ng paglikas kung kinakailangan. Iwasan muna ang mga aktibidad sa ilog, bundok, at dagat dahil sa malalakas na alon at hangin.
