𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

The 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 - 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗘𝗰𝗶𝗷𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 formally marks the completion of the 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗙.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, marking another period of progressive leadership, professional engagement, and organizational services.

From 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the Chapter carried out a series of initiatives and activities aligned with its goals to promote professional development, uphold ethical standards, and strengthen collaboration among its members. 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗦. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗲𝘀: 𝗔 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀

The 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 - 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗘𝗰𝗶𝗷𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 commends Senior Regional Director Ronald S. Leabres, a distinguished alumnus of Central Luzon State University and the past president of the Chapter, for being honored with the 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 (𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱) during the 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 held on April 16, 2026, at the CLSU University Auditorium, in celebration of the University’s Founding Anniversary.

For over a century, Central Luzon State University has produced alumni who have become catalysts of change across various fields, and SRD Leabres stands as a testament to this enduring legacy. His recognition reflects not only his professional accomplishments, but also his commitment to service, leadership, and the values instilled in him by his alma mater.

The PICPA – Nueva Ecija Chapter is beyond proud of this milestone and expresses its appreciation to SRD Leabres for exemplifying integrity, excellence, and leadership with purpose. 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗼 𝗘𝗰𝗶𝗷𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗟𝗦𝗨 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗔𝗦-𝗖𝗟 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 - 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗘𝗰𝗶𝗷𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 acknowledges four outstanding accountancy students from 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝘂𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆—𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗢. 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹, 𝗘𝗼𝗻𝗮 𝗥. 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗻, 𝗬𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗠𝗵𝗮𝗲 𝗕. 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗼, and 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝘆 𝗣. 𝗡𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, who exemplified excellence during the 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗻 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝘂𝘇𝗼𝗻, held on April 10, 2026, at the HSD Multipurpose Hall, Clark Freeport Zone.

The PICPA-Nueva Ecija Chapter extends its congratulations to these four top students for bringing honor and pride not just to CLSU but also to Nueva Ecija and the Central Luzon Region. Their achievement reflects commendable academic excellence, professional discipline, and integrity.

The 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 - 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗘𝗰𝗶𝗷𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of the 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟭𝟬 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝘂𝘇𝗼𝗻, recognized on April 10, 2026, at the HSD Multipurpose Hall, Clark Freeport Zone.

Out of the twenty-five finalists, the top 10 accountancy students in the region emerged through a rigorous evaluation process, demonstrating academic excellence, leadership, integrity, and a clear vision for the profession. Through a written comprehensive examination and one-on-one panel interview, they proved themselves worthy of representing the best of the region’s future CPAs.

PICPA-Nueva Ecija Chapter also extends its warmest congratulations to the fifteen students completing the 25 finalists in the Search for Ten Outstanding Accountancy Students of Central Luzon. May they continue to inspire their peers and bring pride to their institutions and communities as they carry forward the values of excellence in accountancy and in their future profession.
