𝗦𝗘𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 10, 2026, marks a momentous milestone for the 𝗡𝗘𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 as the 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 officially held the 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 4𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, anchored on the powerful theme: "𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆: 𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕𝒉 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔." Dressed in their elegant white formal attire, student leaders from both the 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 and the 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 gathered at the 𝘊𝘖𝘌 𝘚𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘳 𝘏𝘢𝘭𝘭, 𝘕𝘌𝘜𝘚𝘛 𝘚𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘤𝘢𝘣 𝘊𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘶𝘴 to formally commence their legislative duties.

The morning was set in motion with an empowering atmosphere as our beloved 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗥. 𝗝𝘂𝗴𝗼, graced the event to deliver an inspiring message, giving her time to share an engaging conversation with the bright student leaders who will help shape the university's future.

As the program progressed, the assembly dove right into action. Both houses unified for the 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀, participating in the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and holding their 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. The legislators were further guided by the "Foundation of Wisdom" shared by 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗽. 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗖. 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼.

The energy then shifted to a highly informative dialogue as our very own 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗕𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗹 𝗗𝗟. 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼, took the floor. He led an in-depth discussion on 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵, highlighting the crucial task of transforming everyday student issues into meaningful, actionable policies.

As the momentous gathering drew to a close, the lawmakers of the 4th Congress emerged feeling 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱, and 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆, eager to elevate our shared goals as a flourishing and unified branch.

In this world full of problems, su***de is not the solution. Having someone by your side is the key for you to go on. You have your friends, family, and there are a lot of people who appreciate you, for you.

Learn to love yourself, my friend, rest if you feel tired, stop when you can’t bear the problems anymore. You’re still a human who is allowed to breathe no matter if the world is spinning so fast.

☝️ Ang 𝗡𝗘𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗦𝗝𝗖) ay may mahalagang papel sa pagtanggap ng mga reklamo, pagsasagawa ng imbestigasyon, paghahanap ng facts, pamamahala ng mga kaukulang proseso, at pagsusulong ng patas na pagresolba ng mga usapin at reklamo ng mga mag-aaral.

Mahalagang alam natin kung sino ang maaaring lapitan at kung paano gumagana ang proseso kapag may katanungan o reklamo bilang isang mag-aaral.

At laging tandaan, nandito ang 𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐠-𝐚𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐥, 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝙠𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙣, 𝙠𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙣, 𝙖𝙩 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙠𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙮-𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙩 𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚. ⚖️

Ang inyong mga boses ay mahalaga. Sa tamang proseso, ang mga hinaing ng bawat mag-aaral ay nabibigyan ng nararapat na atensyon at pagkakataong marinig.

Ang 𝗡𝗘𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗦𝗝𝗖) ay may mandato na tumanggap at magsuri ng mga grievance na saklaw ng kapangyarihan at hurisdiksyon nito, habang tinitiyak na ang proseso ay isinasagawa nang 𝗺𝗮𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘀, 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻, 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴, at may paggalang sa 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗹 ng mga partido.
