The College of Allied Medical Sciences (CAMS) of Wesleyan University-Philippines, in collaboration with the Senior High School Department, successfully held the โ€œLaboratory Quest in the College of Allied Medical Sciencesโ€ on October 1, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This event immersed Grade 12 students in real laboratory experiences designed to strengthen their scientific knowledge and spark their interest in allied health professions.

Throughout the orientation, students learned essential laboratory safety protocols and gained hands-on experience in both Pharmacy and Medical Technology laboratories. Activities included capsule compounding, microbiological streaking, specimen observation under the microscope, and various laboratory demonstrations that emphasized precision, safety, and discipline in scientific work.
The success of this collaborative event reflects CAMSโ€™ dedication to promoting experiential learning and inspiring future healthcare professionals.

On September 25, 2025, the second half of the celebration of World Pharmacists Day carried on with energy, creativity, and unity. The program highlighted the enthusiasm of pharmacy students through the much-awaited Mr. & Ms. WU-P Pharmacy 2025 pageant, where confidence and intellect took center stage, alongside fun games and lively presentations that brought excitement and laughter to the community.

One of the most touching moments was the Faculty Tribute, where students expressed their gratitude and appreciation through heartfelt performances and a gift-giving ceremony dedicated to their professors, recognizing the invaluable guidance and support of the Pharmacy faculty.

On September 25, 2025, the first part of the celebration of World Pharmacists Day, together with the Philippine Pharmacists Associationโ€“Nueva Ecija Chapter (PPhA-NE Chapter) under the leadership of its president, Sir Lawrence Alvaran, RPh, RN, and in collaboration with Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) Cabanatuan Campus, proudly celebrated World Pharmacists Day with the theme โ€œThink Health, Think Pharmacist โ€“ From Apothecaries to Modern Care.โ€

The event was graced by professors and program heads from both WU-P and OLFU, with the special presence of Dr. Wilfredo Ramos, Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) of Wesleyan University Philippines, further highlights the significance of the celebration.

The program featured inspiring talks, including โ€œGeneric Awareness Campaignโ€ by Dean Kay Ann J. Tongol, RPh, MSc, CIP of the College of Allied Medical Sciences โ€“ Wesleyan University Philippines, and โ€œThink Health, Think Hope: Su***de Awareness through the Eye of the Pharmacistโ€ by Ms. Ryza Liezel L. Patdo, RPm, RPsy, MAPSy, along with a special performance by Daffodil C. Romero.
