We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the unfortunate incident that occurred during your visit. It has come to our attention that the U-box of your parked motorcycle was forcibly opened, and your personal belongings were ransacked while on the resort premises.

We fully understand how upsetting and inconvenient this experience must have been, and we are deeply sorry for the breach of your trust and sense of security during your stay with us.

Please know that this incident does not reflect the standards we uphold at River Tugnaw Resort. We are currently conducting a thorough internal investigation and are cooperating with local authorities to identify those responsible. Additionally, we are implementing stricter security protocols and enhancing monitoring in parking areas to prevent any future occurrences.
