In line with this year’s theme, “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society," City Mayor Judy Chin Amante encouraged and called everyone to actively support, uplift, and stand with women in all spaces. Women are not just participants in development; they are leaders, changemakers, and pillars of progress.

Today and every day, we celebrate their contributions and continue to push for a society where every woman is heard, valued, and respected.

Empowering futures through education, the CHED Caravan on the project PEPA: Patuloy na Edukasyon, Patuloy na Pag-ahon last March 23, 2026, was successfully conducted for Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries and graduating senior high school students. The activity provided essential information on available scholarships, financial assistance, and higher education opportunities, guiding both students and their families in making informed decisions for their academic journey. It served as a vital platform to connect beneficiaries with CHED programs that aim to make college education more accessible and attainable.

This initiative is a strong step toward breaking the cycle of poverty by investing in the youth’s future. Pantawid families are encouraged to take full advantage of these opportunities and continue supporting their children’s education beyond senior high school. With the right guidance and access to resources, every student has the potential to succeed and contribute meaningfully to their community. Together, let us continue to uplift lives through education and empower the next generation in reaching their dreams. 🎓✨

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝑪𝑨𝑪 𝒊𝒏 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏.

On March 19, 2026, the City Convergence Advisory Committee (CCAC) members of Cabadbaran City convened at the Mayor’s Conference Hall to present and review the stakeholders’ accomplishments for the first quarter of 2026. The meeting was presided over by the Office of the City Administrator and brought together key partner agencies—including DepEd, TESDA, DOH, DTI, DA, SLP, and 4Ps staff—along with all city department heads.

The meeting served as an important venue to align plans, strengthen partnerships, and ensure that programs from different sectors work together to support Pantawid beneficiaries. Representatives from various agencies shared updates, identified gaps, and worked together to come up with strategies for better and more sustainable services.

Through open discussion and shared decisions, the committee showed its commitment to transparency, accountability, and unified action. This convergence is not only about coordination, but also about making the best use of resources, avoiding duplication, and making sure that no sector and no family is left behind.

The City Operations Office of Cabadbaran City has officially activated the Quick Response Team to ensure a prompt, coordinated, and effective response to emerging situations and operational concerns within the community. The Pantawid Staff will extend assistance to the CSWDO of Cabadbaran City in the conduct of its mandated services and response operations in relation to TS Basyang with extra love and care.
