Our Trail, Our Voice โ Youth Supporting Youth ๐
In celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, the Pag-asa Youth Association Cabadbaran Chapter, Inc. (PYACCI) successfully conducted the U4U Teen Trail: Youth Empowerment & Social Inclusion Program on August 20, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Social Hall, Peopleโs Government Center, Cabadbaran City.
The event, which focused on showing young mothers (30 participants from different barangays in Cabadbaran City) that they are not alone and that our community cares for them, was packed with informative and supportive sessions.
The program commenced with registration led by PYACCI, followed by a warm welcome address from Mr. France Berry Labrador, Youth Focal Person. Hon. Josh AJ Jose A. Chin, President of the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation, delivered an inspiring message, reaffirming his dedication and solidarity with local youth. A highlight of the morning was the talk by Ms. Sharon Mae Villanueva, RN, the POPCOM Coordinator, who served as the resource speaker and shared valuable health insights.
After the morning sessions, including the U4U Teen Trail, and a hearty lunch break, the afternoon was filled with engaging activities. The participants were provided with essential kits and enjoyed a fun raffle draw.
The day concluded with the distribution of certificates and a group photo opp. Lastly, the closing remarks were delivered by Mrs. Cherry Lou H. Jovero, our PYACCI Federation President, ending a grateful day of shared experiences and community-driven action to build a more inclusive city.โค๏ธ
