Ang sobrang kainit sa panahon mahimong hinungdan sa mga sakit sama sa heat cramps, heat exhaustion, ug heat stroke. Busa importante kaayo nga mailhan nato ang mga sintomas ug masayran dayon unsay angay buhaton aron malikayan ang seryosong peligro sa atong panglawas.
Pahinumdom: inom pirmi ug tubig, likayi ang sobra nga pagpainit sa adlaw, ug pahulay kung gikapoy.
Ampingi ang kaugalingon ug pamilya batok sa epekto sa ting-init. Ang kahibalo mao ang pinakamaayong proteksyon!

𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟 𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus National Service Reserve Corps – Emergency Response Team (CSUCC NSRC–ERT) was successfully mobilized as resource speakers and trainers during the Safety and First Aid Training held at the Barangay Hall and Purok 1 of Brgy. Soriano, as well as in Barangay 2, Cabadbaran City.

The activity marked the second Saturday of mobilization under the NSTP–CWTS Safety and Security Community Immersion Program. It aimed to enhance the community’s knowledge and skills in basic life support, first aid, and emergency response, empowering residents to respond promptly and effectively during emergencies.

This initiative is organized by NSTP–CWTS and is conducted every Saturday, providing continuous learning opportunities and strengthening community resilience through consistent training and engagement.

In addition, the CSUCC NSRC–ERT also served as standby medics during the basketball tournament organized by the CSUCC NSTP Team Recreation, ensuring the safety and immediate medical assistance of participants throughout the event.

As the League of Campus Organizations (LCO) Days 2026 reached its final day, the Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus National Service Reserve Corps (CSUCC NSRC) remained on standby across activity areas to provide immediate medical response whenever needed. During the awarding ceremony, the CSUCC NSRC activated the Incident Management Team (IMT) together with the CSUCC ROTC Unit and the LCO to efficiently handle a reported medical case.

Throughout the day, the CSUCC NSRC attended to minor cases, conducted continuous monitoring, and stayed on-call for emergencies, helping maintain safety and order as LCO Days concluded.

As League of Campus Organizations (LCO) Days 2026 enters its second day, the Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus National Service Reserve Corps (CSUCC NSRC) continues to serve as standby medics, strategically positioned across activity areas to ensure immediate response when needed.

Throughout the day, the team handled minor cases, conducted monitoring, and remained on-call for any emergencies, helping maintain order and safety amid the ongoing events and increasing crowd presence.

On March 25, 2026, the Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus National Service Reserve Corps (CSUCC NSRC) was mobilized to serve as standby medics during Day 1 of the League of Campus Organizations (LCO) Days: Liyab 2026, held at the CSUCC grounds and designated venues.

The CSUCC NSRC ensured medical readiness and immediate response throughout the opening day activities, providing support to safeguard the well-being of students, officers, and guests. Their presence reinforced a secure and prepared environment as the university celebrated with the theme “Rise of the Big Heroes.”
