GLOW CBR proudly participated in the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, supporting and engaging in various youth activities, sports events, and programs that promote teamwork, leadership, inclusivity, and active participation among the youth.

We are also honored to have been part of the State of the SK Address (SOSKA) 2026 Youth Summit, where our President served as a speaker for HIV Awareness and had the privilege of delivering the closing message to the youth.

It is truly inspiring to see young people coming together, learning, sharing their voices, and becoming active partners in building a better community. As advocates for equality and inclusion, GLOW CBR remains committed to empowering the youth, promoting HIV awareness and prevention, and creating safe spaces where everyone is respected and valued.

To all the young people of Cabadbaran City: Your voice matters, your dreams matter, and your actions today can shape the future of our community. Let us continue to turn our dreams into action, stand together with compassion, and use our talents and voices for positive change.

Now Happening | Charter Day Celebration

As part of our Charter Day Celebration , we are proudly conducting the Youth and LGBTQ+ Mental Health, HIV Symposium & Testing, and Drug Awareness Program.

We are grateful to have 50+ participants who joined this meaningful activity. Your presence shows your commitment to learning, protecting your health, and becoming advocates for a safer, healthier, and more informed community.

This initiative empowers our youth and LGBTQ+ community with knowledge on mental health, HIV prevention and testing, and drug awareness while promoting acceptance, compassion, and responsible decision-making.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Hon. Judy Chin Amante our City Mayor, City Administrator Denise Amanteand the Local Government Unit of Cabadbaran City, for their unwavering support of programs that promote the health and well-being of our community. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Cabadbaran City Health Office to mam Pyang Lovekita , GARBO Agusan del Norte Cabadbaran Cps and all our resource speakers, partners, and volunteers for making this activity possible.

A productive courtesy visit between GLOW CBR and Cabadbaran District Hospital.

As President of GLOW CBR, I had the privilege of paying a courtesy visit to District Hospital Admin Officer-Designate Napoleon Ashly A. Lopez to discuss a potential partnership in strengthening our HIV/AIDS advocacy and community health programs.

This meaningful meeting marks the beginning of a collaborative effort to promote HIV awareness, prevention, education, and access to quality healthcare services for our community.

Together, we believe that through partnership, compassion, and unity, we can create a healthier, more informed, and more inclusive Cabadbaran.

This victory is the result of countless sleepless nights, sacrifices, dedication, and teamwork. Every challenge we faced has led us to this unforgettable moment. Indeed, all the hard work has finally paid off.

Our deepest gratitude goes to our beloved Provincial Governor, Hon. Maria Angelica Rosedell M. Amante, for recognizing, supporting, and empowering the LGBTQIA+ community. Your leadership and commitment to inclusivity continue to inspire us.
