To confirm your admission, please visit the CSUCC Laboratory High School Office for the Parents’ Orientation and Pre-Enrollment on July 13-14, 2023, OTHERWISE, your slot will be forfeited in favor of those on the waitlist.

1. Original copy of Grade 10 Report Card
2. PTA Membership Fee

The Department of Laboratory High School Principal, Dr. Nathalie L. Daminar together with the Director for Student Services, Prof. Gina A. Vargas and General PTA President, Ms. Paz Becsiwhan C. Calunia had a fruitful business trip to the House of Representatives and Commission on Appointments last May 29 and 30, 2023 respectively.

The purpose of the said official business travel was to personally discuss the Department and the PTA’s proposal requesting to fund the completion of the DLHS building construction with Congressman Dale B. Corvera who has invaluably supported and significantly contributed to the project ever since he was the City Mayor of Cabadbaran.

With the collaborative efforts of the DLHS PTA, Alumni, CSUCC Administration, and LGU of Cabadbaran City and Province of Agusan del Norte, the development of the DLHS building construction continues to date.

The meeting with Atty. Dennis C. Perang, Director III of the Commission on Appointments and one of our alumni, also brought notable outcomes for future partnerships and for his speakership in this year’s Recognition, Moving Up, and Completion Ceremonies.

Indeed, it was a successful endeavor that would not also be possible without the support of the CSUCC Administration and the DLHS PTA. We are immensely grateful for your trust.
