ENROLMENT STEPS
1. Follow the Official Page First
Before filling out the enrolment form, make sure to follow the official page of Cabadbaran City National High School – Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities for important announcements, updates, and enrolment reminders.
2. Prepare Your Information
Get your personal details ready such as your full name, address, contact number, email address, and previous school information. Ensure all details are accurate and updated.
3. Fill Out the Google Form

4. Upload Required Documents
Attach clear and readable copies of the required documents such as Birth Certificate, Report Card, Good Moral Certificate, or other requested files.
5. Review and Submit
Double-check all your entries, strand selection, and uploaded files. Once everything is complete, submit the form successfully.
6. Wait for Confirmation
Do not forget to screenshot your entry after confirming and wait for an official confirmation message or further instructions from CCNHS – Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities regarding your enrolment status.
