📢 May 25 — Miting de Avance / Posting of Platforms
🗳️ May 26 — Election Day
⏰ Voting Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The filing of candidacy is open to all bona fide nursing students who are willing to serve, subject to the prescribed qualifications and requirements for each position.

Voting will be conducted through an online voting form, which will be officially published and announced on Election Day.

This election is more than a tradition—it is a reflection of democracy in action within our college community. Let us exercise our right to choose leaders who are committed, competent, and driven to serve the student body.

ADMISSION FOR PRE-REGISTERED STUDENTS
FOR BACCALAUREATE PROGRAMS (CATEGORY A)
📅 May 18–29, 2026

The Admission Office warmly welcomes all pre-registered students for the admission process for Baccalaureate Programs under Category A.

All qualified applicants are encouraged to prepare and submit the following requirements:

• Senior High School Report Card (Form 138-A, original)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character (from SHS Principal/Administrator/Guidance Counselor)
• Medical Certificate (from Infirmary/Clinic/Medical Services)
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of passing the MSU SASE or CET
• ID Pictures (3 copies, 2×2)
• Long brown envelope
• PSA Birth Certificate (original for verification) and one photocopy

Applicants who pre-registered in the following programs are advised to report first to their respective colleges for the screening process prior to the admission process:

• Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd)
• Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT)
• Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM)

Please coordinate with your respective college offices for the screening schedule and additional requirements, if any.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Screening Application Guidelines

All interested applicants for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program are required to submit complete screening documents in accordance with the prescribed guidelines.

Required Documents
1. SASE Result (minimum score of 85)
2. SHS Report Card (SF9) with a General Average of at least 85%
3. Polished Curriculum Vitae (CV) with supporting certifications

Applicants are advised to ensure that all requirements are complete, properly arranged, and strictly compliant with the submission instructions.

Failure to follow the prescribed format and guidelines may result in the application not being reviewed.
